Set the GPS

I just read this part this morning from 1Kings 19:11-12 "And He said,

 Go out and stand on the mount before the Lord. And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains and broke in pieces the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake; And after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire [a sound of gentle stillness and] a still, small voice. (1 Kings 19:11, 12 AMP)" 

Yes, God comes not only in roaring thunders like we tend to imagine, but in still small voice. I pray i can get to listen to this voice daily in the silence of the morning before jumping into my day...it will set my GPS properly and bring a much needed calmness!

“فقالَ: «اخرُجْ وقِفْ علَى الجَبَلِ أمامَ الرَّبِّ». وإذا بالرَّبِّ عابِرٌ وريحٌ عظيمَةٌ وشَديدَةٌ قد شَقَّتِ الجِبالَ وكسَّرَتِ الصُّخورَ أمامَ الرَّبِّ، ولَمْ يَكُنِ الرَّبُّ في الرّيحِ. وبَعدَ الرّيحِ زَلزَلَةٌ، ولَمْ يَكُنِ الرَّبُّ في الزَّلزَلَةِ. وبَعدَ الزَّلزَلَةِ نارٌ، ولَمْ يَكُنِ الرَّبُّ في النّارِ. وبَعدَ النّارِ صوتٌ مُنخَفِضٌ خَفيفٌ.”‮‮المُلوكِ الأوَّلُ‬ ‭19:11-12‬ ‭

نعم...على عكس ما صُوِر لنا، فالله لا يتحدث فقط بصوت رعد جبار و أبواق مدوية...بل أيضا (و بالأخص) بهدوء نسيم الصباح و سكينة أول ساعات اليوم

ربي اجعل قلبي سامعاً مثل ايليا كل صباح لأستقبل مؤشرات GPS اتجاه قلبي
